crimping or ultrasonic sealing and hang hole punch and trim dies
(GANs have been modified to include computer controllers, integrated
nitrogen
flush, positive tip shut off nozzles with blow off and direct injection
pistons for viscous products)
- 10 Arenco GAB single post tube fillers with
either double fold or saddle fold crimping (many GABs have been
modified to include nitrogen flush and integrate with high pressure
metering
pumps for viscous products)
- Process hydraulic drum press
- 7 Graco Adjustastroke pumping systems
- Algus 18 station high speed blister packer
- 4 Alloyed 6 station high speed blister packers
- 2 Bivans high speed cartoners
